We use your personal information to respond to your enquiries and provide you with information about our services, to deliver and manage the services you've purchased, to send you updates about your website or chatbot (if you're a customer), and to improve our website and services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

AI chatbot

Our website includes an AI-powered chatbot. When you use the chatbot, your messages are processed by our AI service provider to generate responses. We retain conversation logs to improve our service and follow up on enquiries. If you provide your contact details through the chatbot, we use them to follow up with you about our services.

Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, we process your personal data on the following bases: consent when you voluntarily submit your details through our contact form, chatbot, or other channels; legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, improve our services, and manage our business operations; and contract to provide services to our paying customers.

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate our business: Cloudflare for website hosting and analytics, our AI provider for chatbot processing, Stripe for payment processing, and Calendly for appointment scheduling.
